Not another project! Overworked staff, budget constraints, shortage of volunteers and high demands from constituents make project planning a hassle. Before taking on a project or getting too far into one, stop and think about how does this project advance your organizational mission, do you have a bigger picture/ view of everything that needs to happen, and how it is going to get done? No matter what size your nonprofit may be, we can all benefit from project management. In this workshop you will learn the five steps to project management, how to create an easy project plan, and hands-on resources you can utilize for project management.
