We all know working together can be hard. Done well, however, collaboration strengthens your work, broadens your workforce, makes you smarter and more efficient, and can lead to extraordinary results.
As a funder, the Princeton Area Community Foundation aims to inspire collaboration among its grantees, but you may be surprised to learn that we never mandate it in our discretionary grant programs. In this session, we will use the Community Foundation’s experience to explore collaboration as a powerful tool to causing social impact. Join this session to talk honestly about what you stand to gain – and how to handle the inevitable discomfort – when you choose to work together. Bring your questions for a lively Q & A!
