Nonprofit organizations and NGOs depend on employees to accomplish their mission. Particular attention is given to clients, donors/funders, boards and volunteers. It’s important to remember that it’s the people in your organization who make the organization successful. This session will help provide answers to these questions:
- How do you recruit top talent given a tight budget?
- What can you do to keep your workplace attractive?
- How do you communicate and show your desire to retain diverse talent?
- Why is it vital to set clear expectations and empower employees to exceed them?
