Sandra Toussaint-Burgher, Interim President & CEO, United Way of Greater Mercer County
Prior to being the interim president and CEO of United Way of Greater Mercer County (UWGMC), Sandra held the position of vice president of Resource Development, the lead strategist for cultivating revenue streams.
She has over 15 years’ experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, and marketing. Prior to joining UWGMC, she served as director of development for an educational nonprofit in New York City, Youth Communication Inc. Sandra has held a number of senior positions at local and national organizations including Special Olympics and Twenty-First Century Foundation.
Among the professional and community organizations in which she is now active are the Association of Fundraising Professionals and The New York Women’s Foundation. Sandra holds a Masters of Public Administration from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and a B.A. from Hunter College.
